To say that I am impressed with Earmark is an absolute understatement. I called and talked to a gentleman named Johnny. I was curious about a camera system for my 2025 Silverado. I also wanted to inquire about an anti-theft system called IGLA. This was to replace some anti theft JUNK called Ravelco. Absolute garbage! Lastly I wanted to inquire about ceramic window tinting all the way around including something to slow down the heat on the windshield. Johnny took his time and explained every single detail to a person that was totally ignorant in all facets of what I was asking about. I was going to do all the items one at the time, until I called him back a month or so later and found out by talking it all through and pricing how much more sense it would make to do it all at one time. He also agreed to remove every stitch of the old anti-theft system mentioned earlier, RAVELCO JUNK,in case you forgot. Earmark had the truck for less than the requested 2 days. My wife and I went to pick the truck up and Johnny sat in the truck with us and schooled us on every single thing that they had done. 5/5 Stars — Outstanding Service and Flawless Installation! ​I recently took my Mercedes SUV to Earmark Car Audio to have both a dash cam and a radar detector installed, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. ​Their prices are very reasonable, and they carry all the latest gear. The install work itself is unbelievably clean and professional—miles above the rushed, basic work you usually get from big-box retail techs. ​A huge shoutout to my main contact, Chris. He made sure everything was tested thoroughly before handing the vehicle back to me. Even better, he took the time to walk me through downloading the necessary apps and gave me a clear, step-by-step tutorial on how to operate both units safely and properly. ​It's rare to find a shop that combines expert craftsmanship with genuine customer service like this. I highly recommend Earmark to anyone looking for premium vehicle electronics work!

I can't say enough about how great my experience was at Earmark. Not only did they set up a quick appointment time for me, but they were very professional, and patiently explained the work being done and what they did afterward. Johnny did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable on the work I had done and made sure I left with all my questions answered. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back again.

I had an amazing experience with Earmark Car Audio from start to finish. It all started with me texting Johnny and asking a lot of questions about anti-theft options for my 2020 Corvette Stingray and what would be the best setup for my car. Johnny recommended the Igla system and took the time to answer every single question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Once I scheduled my appointment, everything moved quickly and professionally. Johnny got right to work, the installation was clean, and he took the time afterward to thoroughly explain how the system works and made sure I was comfortable using it before I left. The customer service, communication, and quality of work were all top-notch. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping you make the right decision for your vehicle, and Johnny definitely does. Outstanding customer service and great work both combined for a great experience. Took the time to explain and teach everything I needed to know about both of my installations I had done, IGLA and BlackVue dashcam. Will continue to have any additional future projects done here as well if at all possible.
